If you enroll using a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the payment agreement. Failure to complete the program or use the Services does not cancel your payment obligations unless otherwise required by law.

6. Refund Policy

In summary:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the stated refund period.

  • Digital content already accessed, completed coaching sessions, and used or opened physical products may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Digital Content

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digital content for your personal use.

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or resell course materials.

  • Upload our materials to other websites or platforms.

  • Use our content to create competing products or services.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Radiance Coach, including but not limited to videos, lessons, workbooks, PDFs, graphics, branding, logos, text, course materials, and educational resources, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your purchase.

9. Coaching Services

If your purchase includes coaching, consultations, or live sessions:

  • Scheduled appointments may require advance notice to reschedule.

  • Missed appointments may be forfeited.

10. Products

If physical products are included with your purchase:
